Watch Warranty

At About Luxury, we understand that purchasing a luxury item is an investment. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and know that your watch is protected. That's why we offer a comprehensive warranty for all of our luxury watches.

Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If you experience any issues with your watch within this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents or misuse, or any alterations made to the watch by a third party. Additionally, the warranty does not cover the battery, strap, or any other non-mechanical parts.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@aboutluxury.com.au. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the watch for repair or replacement. Please note that you will need to provide proof of purchase to be eligible for warranty service.
